I had a terminal case of the “blahs.” I woke up every day feeling achy and tired. I knew I needed to lose weight but I had no interest in dieting. And then I found a trainer/nutritionist who believed I could adopt a healthy lifestyle and not give up ice cream!
I learned how to eat in order to feel better, lose weight and get more fit, all without totally giving up the foods I love. In one year I’ve lost 60 pounds, my body fat percentage has gone from 31 to 8 and I can’t believe how great I feel or how much energy I have. I weigh what I weighed in high school! And of course I needed to get all new head shots!
